As a service voucher coach at Familiehulp, I am able to make a difference for our clients and domestic helpers every day.
Together with my fellow coaches and service voucher consultants, we strive to promote the interests of our clients and achieve the region's goals.
As a team, we dedicate ourselves to achieving our mission day in, day out.
One of my main tasks is the induction, follow-up and supervision of our home helps who are paid via service vouchers. This includes not only providing professional technical guidance, but also encouraging their personal development and the development of competencies. I am passionate about helping them reach their full potential.
I also provide leadership in both professional and relational areas. This means that I not only monitor the performance of our home helps, but also work to build strong, respectful relationships within our team and with our customers.
Ensuring the satisfaction of our customers is one of my highest priorities. This involves me following up on appointments with customers and ensuring that our services always meet their expectations and needs. Professionalism is central to this.
As a service voucher coach, I also represent our organisation in our catchment area and make sure we are known in the community. This means I make home visits and maintain close contact with our clients.
Besides my daily duties, I am responsible for building and maintaining files and ensuring accurate administration.
Efficient administration is crucial to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
I am proud to be part of the Familiehulp team and to do my bit to improve the lives of our clients.
