Our application process

HHave you spotted an interesting vacancy online or heard about a job with Familiehulp? Send us your application!

• Apply for the vacancy using our online platform
• Do you have further questions? If so, please call our job line at 0800 11 278

• After submitting your application, you will receive a confirmation mail to let you know we have received your application. 
• We will contact you by phone as soon as possible to discuss your motivation and expectations. 
  • This interview takes about half an hour depending on the job you are applying for
  • Did you apply on the recommendation of someone who already works at Familiehulp? If so, be sure to let us know. This allows us to send a thank-you to our colleague who introduced you to Familiehulp afterwards.

If both sides are up for it, we will be happy to invite you for a second interview at our office.

• During this conversation, we get to know each other even better. We go through your skills and see if they are the right fit for Familiehulp
• This is also the time to ask all your questions
• For certain positions, we may invite you to do some additional tests, such as an assessment or an actual case study in which you can demonstrate your specific skills for the job
• In addition, we can also suggest you shadow someone who is already doing the job for a day or so. In doing so, you can make sure the job ticks all the boxes for you.

Are you the perfect candidate? If so, we will draw up a contract proposal. 

If you have any additional questions, be sure to ask them.

• You get information about our company: the employee handbook, your job content, accident prevention tips and all kinds of practical arrangements
• Depending on the job, you will also be issued with work clothes when you start your duties
• During your first few working weeks, you will receive extra supervision  so you get to know us and Familiehulp even better
