About Pluxee

To order service vouchers, request a user number from Pluxee.

You will need your state registration number, bank account number and e-mail address to do this. 

Once you have registered, you will receive a unique user number. Please provide us with your user number as soon as possible to ensure the correct administrative tracking of your customer file.

Have you organised the start of your home help? Fantastic! You can order your service vouchers now. We recommend opting for electronic service vouchers. There’s no administration or risk of loss, only benefits! 

How to order? 

Deposit the amount corresponding to the desired number of service vouchers into Pluxee's account number: 

• Flanders: BE41 0017 7246 2610
• Brussels: BE28 0017 7246 3620
• Wallonia: BE15 0017 7247 4330 

You must order at least 10 service vouchers each time. You note your user number for Pluxee as a structured communication. Pluxee places the service vouchers in your electronic wallet (electronic service vouchers) or sends them by post to your home address (paper service vouchers).

Validity 

Your service vouchers are valid for 12 months. 

Increased purchase limit

For certain people, the limit has been raised to 2,000 service vouchers per calendar year (to be requested in advance from Pluxee). This concerns: 

• Single-parent families
• Persons with disabilities
• Parents of minors with disabilities
• Elderly persons with an age-related benefit

And you’re done! You don't have to do anything else. When any home help is provided, Familiehulp’s service vouchers department is responsible for the correct registration of your electronic vouchers with Pluxee. You can confirm or dispute the service provided via your Pluxee account in Pluxee's secure area. The activity is automatically confirmed after 7 days 

Paper service vouchers arrive by post. You hand one signed voucher, with the date of the activity filled in, to your home help for each hour of work.
